The Bermondsey Project
Rehabilitating an industrial structure

Bringing together our experience in build-to-rent, refurbishment, and building at height in urban locations, the Bermondsey Project will provide 200+ build-to-rent homes within Greystar’s 15,000-home masterplan.

Residents will have access to a plethora of shared facilities catering for communal dining, exercise, well-being, collaborative working, and socialising, all contributing to the development of community identity within the scheme.
A variety of tenure types will simultaneously provide long-term security and the flexibility of renting.

A former industrial building will be at the heart of the masterplan, providing a new cultural space to anchor the development within the cultural map of Bermondsey. A flex space open to the public, connected to the new public square to the south, will contain retail untils and other mixed-use functions, while the roof-level amenity pavilion provides public views northwards to the City of London.
