Martin’s Terrace Hostel
Affordable stays in the Silicon Docks

Just south of the Liffey, Martin’s Terrace will provide high-quality tourist accommodation to the rapidly developing historic Docklands area of Dublin.

Dublin’s historic docklands have seen significant large-scale renewal in recent years, with major multinational corporations and events venues vying for space in the area. Martin’s Terrace is located just outside this strategic development zone, adjacent to An Bord Gáis Energy Theatre and Grand Canal Square, and is tactically placed to serve tourists and short-stay travellers.

With over 100 new rooms and a publicly accessible bar-cafe at ground level, only a few minutes’ walk from many of the city’s historic landmarks, the new hostel will help meet the demand for affordable, high-quality tourist accommodation in one of Europe’s most popular cities.

The design is informed by the unique geometry of the site, with a variety of accommodation types and room layouts to suit solo travellers, groups, and couples.
