Russell Brown appointed as Co-chairman of the Greater Cambridge Design Review Panel
Russell Brown, Founding Partner, sits on the panel made up of over 40 nationally respected built and natural environment professionals
The Greater Cambridge Design Review Panel (GCDRP) operates in the public interest, offering advice for developers, planning officers, planning committees, parish councils and members of the public. The advice of the panel helps to inform the planning process and gives greater confidence to decision makers to support innovative, high-quality design.
Russell draws on rich experiences as an architect, writer, architectural critic and lecturer, and has always maintained a special connection with Cambridge, completing Long Road UTC and designing the new Cambridge Children’s Hospital. Although his work is focused on projects in dense city centres, he is fascinated by the opportunities to influence new communities around Cambridge.
