The US life science market has seen huge growth over the past five years with investors, developers and local governments recognising the value of scientific research and medical manufacturing. Our LA Partner Matt Ollier will be joining a panel of commercial real estate leaders discussing the development of Los Angeles’ life science cluster of the future.
Matt has a particular specialism in the creative re-use and adaptation of existing buildings and will be talking about carbon as a design driver, strategies for net zero and the pros and cons of new build versus retrofit in life sciences.
